I recomending to make Recruitment level requirement should be minimum 79 instead of 75. At this rate everybody can hit 75 easily. For example i can make 75 toon in a few days.

faster if you use your card and can play all events/HH.

Think 75 lvl is normal for Recruintment lvl to understand that person play regularly Smile
